Consumption recommendation :

1 serving (5 g) of ESN AAKG per day is recommended, which should be consumed before training. The high-quality amino acid compound is best enjoyed with water, but can also be mixed very well in combination with an aromatic product.

Stir one portion = 5 g powder into 200 ml water and consume. Pre-workout consumption. 1 portion a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 5 grams.
