Fast Porridge - when it has to be quick
We all have those days when breakfast has to be quick and when we really don't have time. The easiest thing would be to quickly buy something at the nearest bakery and thus satisfy our hunger.
But it's not difficult to prepare a quick and HEALTHY breakfast.

What you need for this:
- 50 grams of rolled oats
- 125 ml soy or almond milk
- 125 ml water
- ½ banana mashed to a pulp
- 30g whey of your choice
- Toppings of your choice, e.g. nuts, fruit, cocoa nibs, dark chocolate bites,..
You mix all the ingredients (except for the toppings) together in a saucepan and let them simmer over medium heat on the stove until the desired consistency is reached.
After that, all you need is your individual topping and you have a super healthy breakfast that is also high in protein and keeps you full for a long time.
If, for example, you don't have a stove available at your workplace, you can easily prepare the porridge at home and take it with you as a take-away dish. Cold porridge also tastes great!
