Oatmeal Cookies - Ideal to take away
Delicate oatmeal cookies
These tender oatmeal cookies are ideal to take away and are quick to prepare with just 5 minutes prep time and 15 minutes baking time.
Ingredients for about 25 biscuits:
- 200 grams of rolled oats
- 4 BROWN bananas (ripe bananas are sweeter)
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts to your liking, I used cashews here
- 30g Whey, taste as you like
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- The brown bananas are mashed into must (just mash them with a fork)
- Then mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix them well
- Form small biscuits with your hands and place them on a baking sheet
- Put in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
The biscuits are fluffy, light, healthy and ideal for taking away as a small snack in between.
They keep very well in a storage jar, so you can pre-bake larger batches.
