QUESTIONS ABOUT DISCOUNTS

Where do I enter the discount code?

To redeem the discount, it must be redeemed on the shopping cart page. At the bottom there is a text entry field called "Discount Code". Enter the code there (be careful when copying the code. No spaces before or after it!). Then click the "Redeem discount code" button.

 

Do discounts also apply to set offers and double packs?

Yes, discount codes are valid for all items except for the VAYU brand.

How do I delete my user data?

If you want us to delete all your data from our system, please contact our customer service and we will take care of it immediately.

 

How do I enter a shipping address that differs from the billing address?

  • Click on the "My Account" button.
  • Under the item "Show addresses" you can store a billing address and a shipping address individually.

 

Where can I see my orders?

You can find your orders under your account in the menu item "Order history".

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

Who do I contact if the goods have not arrived by the announced delivery time?

If the order has not arrived by the specified time, please contact our customer service.

 

Can I return purchased items?

All items can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason (unopened and in the original packaging for supplements and foods). We will refund the purchase price after receiving the goods.

 

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If goods are damaged, you should definitely have the delivery service draw up an inventory of the facts. For this purpose, the damaged packaging must be kept in any case. If we can help you with this, please contact our customer service.

 

Can I track the status of my order?

You can check the delivery status of your order at any time in our chat under "Track my order".

 

Can orders also be placed and delivered on weekends?

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

How long does it take for the goods to be delivered from the time the order is placed?

The goods will be with you in approx. 3-5 days from the order.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are € 6 in Austria, € 10 in Germany and a flat rate of € 10.99 within the EU. From a purchase value of € 59 in Austria and € 79 in Germany we deliver free of charge. Bonuses and discounts are applied to the value of the goods, but not to the shipping costs.

How do I get my money back in the event of a return or how are differences dealt with?

When returning the goods or partial returns, you will be credited with the amount of the return according to the chosen payment method.

 

Who bears the costs of the return?

You will have to pay for the return of the goods.
